GBU Psych stands for "Gefährdungsbeurteilung psychischer Belastung" (Psychological Risk Assessment) and is the umbrella term for all systematic procedures for assessing psychological stress in the workplace according to §5 of the German Occupational Safety Act.
Legal Basis
Since 2013, all employers in Germany are obliged to include psychological stress in their risk assessment. This results from:
