GB Psych compliance rate in Germany (2018/2024)
Only every second business in Germany has a GB Psych.
The GDA closing report on the Psyche programme 2013–2018 documented the most comprehensive baseline: 47.4 % of inspected businesses had no complete risk assessment including mental load. The GDA umbrella evaluation 2023/24 confirms: a third of businesses still does not run a risk assessment at all; of those that do, only 65 % include mental load. Effectively only about every second business has a real GB Psych.

The GDA closing report on the Psyche programme 2013–2018 documented the most comprehensive baseline: of 12,975 inspections, 47.4 % had no complete risk assessment including mental load. Only 5.3 % received the top rating "very good"; 35 % were rated "deficient" or "insufficient".
Today (2023/24)
The GDA umbrella evaluation 2023/24 shows progress, but no full coverage: about a third of businesses still does not perform any risk assessment. Of those that do, 65 % include mental load. Effectively only every second business in Germany has a real GB Psych.
